My approach is warm, flexible, and collaborative. We’ll work together to build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical coping tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Therapeutic Modalities

I take an integrative and person-centred approach to counselling, meaning your unique story, strengths, and needs always guide our work together.
 
While I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic models — including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness practices — your voice and goals are always at the heart of the process.
